Creamy Crab and Spinach Dip

This tasty crowd pleaser is perfect for impressing guests or if your like me, as just a snack that you won't want to share. The recipe starts in a saute pan with shallots a little butter and minced garlic. Add baby spinach a little at a time, season with salt and garlic powder and stir. Once 2 cups spinach is added stir in 16oz of cream cheese and stir until combined with the shallots, spinach and garlic. Add 1 can of crab meat season with a pinch more salt, 1 tea spoon of worcestershire sauce, and 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard. Transfer into an oven safe dish, top with panko and grated cheese and bake. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and enjoy!
