With flavors like Nutella, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon, this banana bread surely won't fail to satisfy! Most, if not all, of these ingredients are probably in your kitchen already. Even if they aren't, this recipe can be easily altered to add other items you may have in your pantry! It's as simple as mixing those dried cranberries you have leftover into the batter. In this recipe I added Nutella, orange zest, and walnuts that made for a delicious flavor combo.
Ingredients
3 very ripe/over ripe bananas
1/2 cup white sugar (some extra will be needed to sprinkle on the loaf before it bakes too)
3/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
4 tbs melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest
2 eggs- room temperature
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread

Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
butter the inside of a loaf pan and lightly dust with flour so your bread won't stick after baking add 3 bananas to a mixing bowl mash with a fork
add white and light brown sugars stir
stir in melted butter
stir in cinnamon, vanilla extract, and orange zest
add 2 eggs and stir to combine
in a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt
add dry ingredients to banana mixture one cup at a time
stir to combine
add walnuts and stir until evenly incorporated

pour half the mixture into the pan
add Nutella on top
swirl around chocolate spread

pour out the remaining batter
top with more sprinkled sugar for a nice crunchy texture
place in 350 degree oven
bake for about 50 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
...come to mama.
